About Enrique Garcia
Enrique is a lawyer with 10 years experience in Employment Law. He has represented businesses in over 500 Employment Law and County Court Hearings.
He also helps businesses get HR and Employment Law right from the beginning through step-by-step advice and action plans. He has helped thousands of businesses from small businesses to multinational household names.
His areas of speciality include TUPE, Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal and Contract Disputes.
As well as HR and Employment Law he has built a formidable practice in commercial contracts and commercial disputes including acting as In-House Counsel for one a national Group of Companies with a £20m turnover.
